One of the best Tim Ferris interviews! Coach knows his stuff! I am 57, competitive-level cross-fitter, endurance sports, etc. I have a torn meniscus, probably just a flap, which causes knee to displace and pop when bent past 90degs. (for the xfit "haters," I tore the knee during very heavy oly clean, not crossfit) Ortho MD says that some of these heal, due to knee compression... I am very tight.. wondering if foundation knee program might help heal.. and if it possible to start with that vs fundamental.. .although also interested in discount... since Tim IS what brought me to you... Everett Carroll Posted October 8, 2016 Share Posted October 8, 2016 Hi Lee, The knee series is found in Foundation One and Foundation Two. You are eased in to the series slowly so as long as your doc approves, go for it. Fundamentals is a really good way to begin GST and assess your deficiencies.
