Guy Ben Shmuel
hi all im 22, earlier i post a topic i ask if its ok to train 7 days a week, but acctually in my mind i'd like to do pure gymnastics, is the GST is the start for gymnastics or its a category for itself? i train since i was 14, most of the time in strength workout,(squats, deads, presses and stuff like that) few monthes ago i drop all the upper body weight training, just remaining doing squats and deads for the lower body. i will like to improve my skills in my body more from strength directly(ill think the strength will come from this as well, but this is not the main goal) i will be happy to hear from your experience from where to start my journey, thank you
Dustin Lord
Start with Fundamentals in order to assess all your weak areas.
Alessandro Mainente
GYmastics it is a very large fiels, apparatus, technique and basically skills. unfortunately without GST (the strength training which supports technical skills) there is no gymnastics. if you use GST as conditioning you can gain the support to upper and lower limbs in order achieve also some gymnastics skills.
