Rampage Posted December 18, 2009 Share Posted December 18, 2009 So I just wanted to ask: besides giving the amazing strength that gymnastic exercises give in order to be able to execute the exercises in the first place, and besides apparently (for the good ones?) giving strength to lift heavy weights as well, in what other non-gymnastic things do these exercises give strength?
