Question about strength

So I just wanted to ask: besides giving the amazing strength that gymnastic exercises give in order to be able to execute the exercises in the first place, and besides apparently (for the good ones?) giving strength to lift heavy weights as well, in what other non-gymnastic things do these exercises give strength? For what other non-gymnastic things do they give more strength and so forth?

You are either moving your body or moving something else when it comes to application of strength or power.

It does help with balance, coordination, agility.
