Natan Milgram Posted August 24, 2016 Share Posted August 24, 2016 I am in the process of listening to coach's 2nd podcast interview with Tim Ferriss and came out with a question of what was said. Coach and Tim talked about both shoulder dislocates and jefferson curls as something that GST athletes should be doing frequently.
