waler white Posted August 22, 2016 Share Posted August 22, 2016 Today at the end of my workout I jumped from 3 sets of 3 reps bulgerian dips with aditional145 to 3 sets of 3 reps with 155. I kept decent form but on my last set my fingers elbow felt tingly(like asleep feeling) What mobilty should I be doing to prevent this ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I can do all of the end moves besides manna(which I cant do at all) of the foundation series, so I do not want it. I simply want to adress preventing carpal tunnel.
