Ryan Harris 224318
I have bone spurs on my right and left elbow (much worse on my right) about a year ago I went though Shockwave therapy to help. Which greatly reduced the pain, but I am still unable to do handstands without pain. (Any type of tricep extention hurts a lot, but dips and push ups do not) Dose anyone have an experience with surgery to remove bone spurs on the elbow? What was the recovery like? Did they come back? We're you able to go back pain free post surgery? Also open to any other recommendations I'm just sick of my elbow being in pain day to day. I've seems to read some less than stellar results from surgery as well. Thanks.
Alessandro Mainente
Hi Ryan first of all you should avoid all the exercise which cause pain for sure. for more information you need to check a professional specialist since we are not in the condition to give rehab or recovery routines.
Ryan Harris 224318
I have avoided all things that bother my elbow for the last year. (At least the best I can) I asked if anyone has had it done, did they recover 100% or did the bone spurs return. I did not ask for rehab or recovery routines. However if someone says the recovered 100% I may want to know their surgeon/therapist. I have also been seeing professionals for a long time I am trying to make an informed decision if I want someone to cut my arm and remove the bone. So I thought it would be nice to ask if anyone that does gymnastic training had it done and fully recovered.
