Laetitia Fouquet Posted June 25, 2016 Share Posted June 25, 2016 I've been having problems pointing my toes in a cartwheel and really want to fix it but can't seem to find a technique to consistently keep doing it in every cartwheel, I can easily point my starting foot but can't seem to point my back foot. If I do a cartwheel slower I tend to have a higher chance of pointing my toes but it still seems random and I can't feel a difference from when I actually do point my toes. Is there anything that I can do to help me stop my bad habit of feet flat in a cartwheel? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
