Thanks for the solid advice on Day 15 (thoracic mobility).   In yoga,  if one lifts the pelvis high enough and has hands under the hips, one should be able to  slowly lift into Shoulder Stand. 

I have always had problems getting my hips high and I can see from the videos that I need to work on thoracic mobility.   Good advice about pulling the shoulders down from the ears and not  trying to get height from the lumbar instead of thoracic spine.
