Kevin Easton Posted June 6, 2016 Share Posted June 6, 2016 I am plugging away at Foundations 1 and I think it's pretty well known that the progressions are geared towards, Front Lever, Straddle Planche, Side Lever, Single Leg Squat, Rope Climb, Hollow Back Press, and Manna In regards to Movement 1 - what are the end goals?
