Integrated training every day?

I just want to know if its good to do integrated training every time I do conditioning, but mixing the statics with diferents exercises. Ex: Planche -> Dips on monday ; Planche->HesPushups on tuesday; Planche-> PPP on friday. Is this correct or good to do? thanks

I take it from the book that this is fine.

I find the integrated training to be especially hard, so make sure if you do this that you are managing your training intensity with a steady state cycle or MPTTP or you'll be overtrained before you know it.

Thanks. I was thinking about doing a SSC, and use integrated training twice per week, and using another day for HS training and other for leg work. I'll report the results : )
