pointing the toes......CRAMP

When flexing the toes my arch begins to cramp up.

Other than time and pointing softer what can you do to help with this reaction.

Try stepping on a lacrosse ball and rolling it out. That or start doing some seizas. No expert, but that works for me pretty well.
