Fused feet

I purchased the Fundamentals course for both my wife and I, but I am worried about how much she will be able to do. She probably needs this more than I do.

Anyway she has had multiple operations on her feet. (Hammer toes, and bunions.) As a result both of her big toes have been fused, and will no longer bend. She can't stand on her tip toes, or do lunges as a result.

So are there any suggestions on how I can modify things to accommodate her?
