I currently do crossfit type workouts (normally around 50-70% intensity) as well as train brazilian jiu jitsu 5 times a week. I think I would really enjoy the fundamentals class. To see the best results will I need to eliminate other workouts? I really enjoy doing these as well and would like to simply add the fundamentals into this trainingregimine.
