Adding other exercise to GST routine

Hello.  I just ordered the Fundamentals course and am looking forward to getting started.  I anticipate enjoying these workouts and progressing to the Foundation and other courses in the near future.

In addition to "standard" lifting, my current exercise includes yoga, swimming, and mountain biking 1-2 times a week each.  My thought was that the GST routine would replace the standard lifting, but just looking for validation that the other activities shouldn't detract from the GST gains.  Anyone have thoughts on adding other exercise to the GST routine?

Other activities shouldn't detract, and GST shouldn't detract from other activities. Keep in mind that conditioning is not gymnastics, conditioning is the component added to event work. There's no reason and plenty of anecdotes on that conditioning transferring to other pursuits too :)
