Patrick Cain
Hey Guys, I want to help my wife with her back mobility. At the top of her shoulder where the spine starts to go into the neck it is a little rounded. Are there any things I can help her with that? She was a hair dresser and held her hand up alot for hour working on people hair.
Petri Widsten
With a limited time commitment maybe Thoracic Bridge + H1 iMs + Jefferson curls. Someone more knowledgeable than me may have other ideas.
Santiago Pinzón
First of you say a slightly rounding so first make sure is not the normal curvature of the spine in that region. If it's really a problem, the basics are to stretch the internal rotators and to strengthen the external rotators. You may also chose a shoulder extension stretch, a lat stretch and a thoracic mobility drill (with a foam roller, for example)
