Blairbob Posted November 4, 2009 Share Posted November 4, 2009 I've been thinking that most people should just set up a bucket and work bucket circles for rotational core work. Of course they could be doing lying down leg wipers or russian twists as well. Hanging Leg wipers and Front Lever circle pulls aren't really basic. Thoughts?
