How trening on a manna?

I've been training it for about 9 months now (starting from ~vertical V-sit and very inflexible shoulders).

I have gotten to about 60-70 degrees past vertical in my best attempts although they are inconsistent. The last 20-30 degrees are extremely hard to develop.

I would say yes it's possible, but depending on your initial starting ability it may be a 1-3 year project which is probably similar the time it will take to develop your planche.
