Dont know where to start

hello friends i'm new to this forum and i wanted to know where should i start

and which courses i should purchase 

i already can do:

Ring muscle up 3 

14 pull ups

Free handstand for 30 seconds but i lack mobility in the shoulders so its a very bad form

by the way sorry about my very bad English

and last question

the courses explain how many sets reps and rest you should do in each exercise?

Hi welcome to GB!

 

It's the general consensus around here that regardless of your current level it's a good idea to go back to the beginning and move through all the progressions from the start in order to discover any weaknesses you may have.

 

Probably the best idea is to buy the starter pack as you get F1 and H1 bundled together. Then get working on them straight away.

 

All the reps, sets and progressions are laid out for you in a comprehensive and easy to use format.
