Si Hoang
Hi welcome to GB! It's the general consensus around here that regardless of your current level it's a good idea to go back to the beginning and move through all the progressions from the start in order to discover any weaknesses you may have. Probably the best idea is to buy the starter pack as you get F1 and H1 bundled together. Then get working on them straight away. All the reps, sets and progressions are laid out for you in a comprehensive and easy to use format. Good luck with your training!
