MrAl Posted December 25, 2015 Share Posted December 25, 2015 Would it be wise to only train rope climbs for pulling strength instead of pull ups?For example, If I normally do like 5x8 Pull-Ups a day instead climbing a 20ft rope 10 times only using arms.Or would it be bad because you do not use full ROM?
