When they're benching is it with flat back or is it shoulderblades pulled together and arched back?

Nah, noone in the gym benches with their back flat on the bench. And noone touches the bar to their chest either. I do find it interesting that the Chinese have incorporated weight lifting into their strength training. A lot of kids will be dong shoulder presses, benching, and curls!

It's smart. It's only a matter of time until you see all top athletes using a combination of weights, body-weight, and sport specific exercises. Faster results, less injuries, less total training time, better performance.
