braindx Posted October 1, 2009 Share Posted October 1, 2009 Rest, ice, fish oil, massage to the tight muscles around the area.Once it starts to feel better, all of the above + shoulder mobility (wall slides, Ido's shoulder stuff, RC strengthening)...... transitioning into strength work again Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
