Sarah Richardson
Which is a better way to go: The monthly online courses at $25/month that include the handstand and foundation classes or the starter package for $170?
Jesse Kim
The starter package. Because once you buy it, it's with you for life; unless you want your money back you can get a refund.
Rajesh Bhat
The starter pack is also far more comprehensive and designed with a more serious trainee in mind, compared to the introductory style of the online classes. Worth taking into account when making your decision.
Karen Zanon
You've probably already made your choice since originally making this post, but I thought I share my experience in case it helps other newbies as well. After trying both, I agree that the courses are the best route, but trying the professional plan for the first month (it's currently available at a discounted price) is an excellent way to view the first few elements of of the progressions in Foundation 1 and the first 12 of Handstand 1, plus many of the wrist elements. So if you are serious about working all of the corequisite courses together, you can buy the H2 course to start and use your montly subscription to begin foundation 1 and H1 and take advantage of the online flexibility videos to get you through until you can invest the $225 for the full stretch course. It's a great way to buy time and work all of the corequisite a if you want to spread out your course purchases over 2-3 months. H1 also requires a bit of strength right out of the gate, whereas the online course includes a 4-week progressive handstand entry course to get you ready to begin H1 if you're not already there.
