Mats Trane
HS is skill work so you can work it more often than strenght work. I would not go from once a week to 7 times a week. Build it up and see how your body and head feels. I try to do HS 5 times a week at the moment. Some days a longer session other days just a short one
Ita Sha
You mean HS course or handstand work in general?I'm doing the course twice a week and free standing handstand work after HS and F7 most of the days.. so it's 4 times a week or so..
