Hi guis,

I am just curious about this question. Do you have any particular recommendations? Thanks a lot.

HS is skill work so you can work it more often than strenght work. I would not go from once a week to 7 times a week. Build it up and see how your body and head feels.

I try to do HS 5 times a week at the moment. Some days a longer session other days just a short one

You mean HS course or handstand work in general?

I'm doing the course twice a week and free standing handstand work after HS and F7 most of the days.. so it's 4 times a week or so..

Reached a certain point you will do handstand every day without knowing it.

e.g. in my warm up i usually do chest roll , XR free hspu and free hs plus normallly 3 hs session in a week.

I did my homework  ;)

Matteo Morandi did 2 swings, 1 front lever and 1 back lever then he did the routine in the video.

He is a legend!
