DanPlanche
Anterior hip tilt, mine is quite pronounced , my friend who is flexible said I should get rid of this before working splits as it puts my hips in bad position and tightens my lower back ? Jon Douglas
Do it whilst working (front) splits. Yes, it will put you in a bad position, but it can be overcome with time and effort. I still have a little, but have splits on each side
Chris Garay
Dan, Stretching the hip flexors and hamstrings will help decrease your anterior pelvic tilt as well as get you closer to front splits. I highly recommend the Front Split Series from the GB Stretch Courses. Best,Chris
