V-sit

Couldn't find any topic discussing this skill.

I have a solid L-sit and maybe something more than a L-sit.

I can't seem to lift my legs higher though, from an L-sit position.

If I elevate my feet while in a tuck and extend when I'm up, I can stay for 1 sec in a very bad V-sit position with bent legs( I think I don't have the flexibility needed), I tremble and i fall down.

work hanging leg lifts, making sure to point the toes, squeeze the quads and keep the knees fully extended all the way up. Keeping the legs contracted will develop the active flexibility. You can try doing these:

It gets very hard, the further forward you place your hands.

Tricep strength is neccesary as the hips will be pressing further forward than in an L, you could try some of the manna progressions to help.

^^^ That + hamstring flexibility.

Ideally you want your hands by your ankles then bring your knees to your face

and palms down and not on fingers as it was showed on picture....
