Forearm pain from planche training

I get pain on my forearms while practicing advanced tuck planches.

I remember that I had the same kind of pain after doing a lot of back levers on the rings back then.

My wrists don't hurt at all. Most of the time I practice advanced tuck planches on the parallets.

How should I treat it? It goes away after a day but I feel that if I overdo it, I might get a more serious injury.
