Ron Roitman
For whatever reason my left wrist is in pain as soon as I create a 90 degree angle in plank position(shoulders above the hands) The pain's located between the scaphoid and the radius. That happened when I was doing SPL/PE1 about a week ago.I've never had such injury and I'd be glad to get any suggestions from people who had a similar situation..? Cole Dano
https://www.gymnasticbodies.com/forum/topic/5284-elbowwrist-prehab-routine/?view=getnewpostFor now, back off the angle at your wrist while do sPL work enough that there is no pain. Do lighter variations of the wrist push up series in H1. And set up a rice bucket if it's an option.
