on thursday I went to the beach for some tumbling and did a round off back tuck for the first time. after about the sixth on I started to get a pain in my left forearm (the hand I put down second in my round off). I did about four more before finishing my session for the day. Before the end of the night the forearm pain was gone so I thought It would not happen again.

on saturday I did some more round off back tucks at the beach and the same pain in my forearm was there after the first few flips. It is almost 24 hours later and I still have that forearm pain. Never experienced this pain before so I'm a little confused. Does anyone have any idea what is going on and how to fix it.

cheers 8)

Probably forearm splits would be my guess.

Ice, rest, massage then once it starts feeling better you can do prehab work such as rice bucket
