I can do straddle and full planche's, I was just getting into doing multiple reps of straddle planche push-ups but the past few days I have the pain in my chest, right where the collar bone connects to the center of the chest. Can anybody tell me why, or what I should do about this. I have already stopped doing planche's but I don't want to stop them for long. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
braindx Posted August 29, 2009 Share Posted August 29, 2009 Some sort of stress pain from dips usually occurs when you do stuff that works it and your body isn't used to the pressure on it.
