Daily routine to improve flexibility in shoulder girdle and loosen up my lats, please help

My shoulder girdle is terribly inflexible after years of olympic weightlifting, powerlifting and a supraspinatus tendon tear.

 

I am currently saving for the stretching series ( I am a student) but want to make a head start to loosen up my shoulder girdle and at the same time, build some shoulder stability to help relieve impingement I am suffering.

 

 

Can anyone reccomend a proven routine that I could perform to daily?

My suggestion is start from foundation 1 especially RC and HBP mobility progression. with them you can start from zero and progressively solve the majority of mobility issues.
