It seems everytime I try to stretch my hamstrings I feel it more in the back of my knees than my hamstrings. It's with every hamstring stretch I do, so I don't actually know if I'm stretching my hamstrings this way. could this be bad for my knee or is it ok??? Or could it be my calves are really tight???
