BeBetter Posted March 18, 2015 Share Posted March 18, 2015 I have a mild case of rotator cuff tendinitis in my left shoulder. I am going to be keeping it very light for the next coming weeks to work on strengthening the muscles in my rotator cuff. My question is, should I refrain from doing any handstands if I dont have any irritation in my shoulder when my arms are directly above my head. I only feel pain in external movements. Thank you!
