Wich type of curls to help strenghtenting distal bicep tendon ?

HI all !

 

the title says it all.

i am wondering wich curl variation would be more beneficial : pronated grip curls, hammer curls or preacher curls/ring curls ?

All of them are useful.

My personal preference is to do 2x10r Bicep Curl during the warm up before every F7 & H1 session. I'm currently using 5kg and I gradually increase the weight over time. I perform the first set with a supinated grip and the second set with a pronated grip.

Curls are very good for biceps prehab if you are doing pull ups or rope climbs
