Léo Aïtoulha Posted March 6, 2015 Share Posted March 6, 2015 All of them are useful. My personal preference is to do 2x10r Bicep Curl during the warm up before every F7 & H1 session. I'm currently using 5kg and I gradually increase the weight over time. I perform the first set with a supinated grip and the second set with a pronated grip.
