Some question about planche exercice

As long as you don't overdo it, weights just make you stronger, and will help the gymnastics.

As for the steady state cycle, the reason you wait so long is because your tendons and ligaments don't get stronger as fast as muscle does. By doing the same thing for a few months you let the tendons get stronger, so when you go to the next workout you don't get tendonitis or anything like that.

DOOIIYAMN! You've built up some great raw strength! Good work! I'm sure people will point out that there are a lot of places you could make things prettier, but you have become STRONG! Great video :) I love how you catch yourself when you fall out of the 90 degree pushup :) Good stuff!

I'm getting better everyday !!

I gonna train seriously the one arm hnstand now , i have the strength lack just the balance by practise more only ,come alone then.....

yeah catch myself is also one of my best quality lol , always catch myself , never fall.

Impressive.

Try to keep your knees together in the 1/2 lay. When they go apart, they are effectively a bit more like a straddle. My boys and I sometimes open our knees up when working BL stuff this way.

yeah i do as i can lol , not hoice to open them , just try as i can to up ^^

but now i can do a full planche 90 degree , not just in 1/2 lay...... !!

Hey guys !

Tomorow i begin my new steady state cycle with my new routine.

tuesday

A1 : Straddle planche (6set)

A2 : HSPU free standing X 3 (6set)

B1 : One leg front lever ( change leg at each cycle) : 10 sec(6 set)

B2 : Front lever pulls x 3(6 set)

wednesday

A1 : Cast Wall walks X 3 with a hold of the planche position of 3 sec

A2 : Tuck planche to handstand X 3 ( 3set) + straddle planche push up (3 set)

B1 :

OAC negative , from 90 ° to 180 °

B2 : OAC assisted x 3 ( 6 set ) with a counterweight of 16 lbs

End with lower back and abs work.

Stretching legs.

friday

A1 : Wall hs run 30 sec x 3 et straddle planche x 3 (6 set)

A2 : MU on rings x 3 ( 6set)

B1 : One leg front lever : 10 sec ( 6 set )

B2 : Front lever Pulls x 3 (6 set)

saturday

A1 : Straddle planche to Full planche (6set)

A2 : Bulgarian dips X 5 (6set)

B1 : negative OAC from 90°to 180°

B2 : OAC assisted x 3 ( 6 set ) with a counterweight of 16 lbs

End with lower back and abs work.

Stretching legs.

Sunday and monday , rest.

My main goal is to be able to hold the full planche at the end of this new cycle.

Do you think i choose the best exercice for my goal ?Else , what exercice should i choose ?
