Ronnicky Roy
I was thinking about it today and I noticed that xiaopengs don't feel quite the same as dislocates. Both make my shoulders feel amazing. Like there is cooling lubricant flowing through them. I love it. But would I be best served to maintain both exercises in my routine or shift to just dislocates? Xiaopengs look like they break down the dislocate one arm at a time to correct imbalances, while dislocates are over all shoulder mobility/strength. I like both so I'm fine with maintaining them, but if it's just wasted energy then I'll move to just dislocates.
Coach Sommer
Both. There is no need to select one over the other.Yours in Fitness,Coach Sommer
