robotstrong Posted July 29, 2009 Share Posted July 29, 2009 Hey guys,I'm starting a new SSC and wanted to incorporate HLL V to L but when I lower my legs from the V I feel discomfort in my rear delt region. Coach Sommer Posted July 29, 2009 Share Posted July 29, 2009 You are correct, it could be a ROM issue in your shoulder girdle. Also you may be pulling down on the bar as your legs descend, rather than simply letting the core do the work.
