ashita Posted July 27, 2009 Share Posted July 27, 2009 Hey !i'm looking for some advanced exercice for abs and lower back.i throught many thread to find some of the better exercice , but the most i saw require some equipment.body lever , hanging left lift.......I really wish to be able to add body lever at my taining for increase my skill for the front lever.If someone do it at house , tell me how you do it , what way have you find.what can you do suggest me as exercice ?thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Gregor Posted July 27, 2009 Share Posted July 27, 2009 You could do pull up-front lever (from pull up decrease to front lever and then pull up). Somwhere here was a video of this....when you feel strong enough you can add half a second hold to every lever, then add another half and another and so on. Blairbob Posted July 28, 2009 Share Posted July 28, 2009 Ashita, do them with the body tucked. Easier but doable. With body levers, you need to find something solid and heavy as a base.
