PCerPh8qTZ0 I use it in my training facility to improve endurance control and awareness of body positioning, along with dozens others forms of organic, non traiditional push ups and presses and from infinite amount of positions, creating a stronger, more coordinated and better athlete with a better dominance of the space around you.Tools like this were central in my own development also and the artistic work that I demonstrate in my Self Dominance clip for example.I hope this is useful to you all,Ido.
