Increase my resistance and strength wrist

Hey !

I wish some advice or exercice to do for increase my resistance and strength wrist because when i'm doing some planche exercice on the ground himself my wrist hurt myself , i use a set of push up bar for less tension.

i wish some other exercice than wrist push up i can see in video here

how many reps per set and how many set for each exercice

how many times per week ?

In the GB WOD isn't is 2x5 or 2x10? Do them in your WU and cooldown.

There is another video with a bunch of kids going through a bunch of prevention.
