Alessandro Mainente Posted January 6, 2015 Share Posted January 6, 2015 It can increase the front lever for the core strenght and pulling strength. for the deadlift i'm not sure. there is of course a pull component where you have to pull the barbell to your shinbone but here your need to stay with open chest and retraction. this is not the posture of ab wheel.
