Hannibal Ahmed Posted December 7, 2014 Share Posted December 7, 2014 (edited) So I stopped doing my beginner variation of wrist pushups a while ago because of this, and have just started using light dumbbells so as not to completely neglect my wrist extensors, but every time I wrist go into flexion close to or beyond 90 degrees, pain. I have no idea why, I've had wrist pain before from tennis but that's healed relatively quickly so I have no idea how to handle this, any advice is appreciated. It's not sharp or overwhelming pain, but it's there and inhibited any progression as far as wrist pushups go.
