Timothy Aiken Posted November 12, 2014 Share Posted November 12, 2014 So I do tricking, and it was on the skill below that I landed short and strained a tendon about two months ago. This was from the day I learned it. It's called a wrap full since you wrap your leg behind. Anyways, before I return to this move and others which tax so heavily on the ankles, I would like to make my ankles as gymnasts have them. Are there any exercises or resources which would benefit me in strengthening my ankles such that I can perform moves that the rest of my body is well prepared to do.
