Jesus Rojas
First let your pain heal be taking a rest from exercises that cause any pain or take a step back to a progression that doesn't produce pain in the affected area. Second, put on work with your wrist conditioning in order to make it strong, flexible and mobile, and also you could look on internet for some exercises or movements in order tomake your wrist heal faster. Slavda
Changing your hand position for planche might help you, the more you rotate hands outwards(you can even do the palms backwards), the less likely it will hurt. Another option is doing it on paralletes. This way you put less stress on your wrist and you can keep practicing planche while healing.
