BeBetter
Hello everyone, I am new the the forums and new to gymnastics. I started doing adult gymnastics classes about 2 months ago. Since starting I have been learning the correct form for the handstand. I have always been able to do handstands but always with closed shoulders and bad form. Its been hard stepping backwards and starting all over again. I am here to try and keep some tips from everyone on some tips for opening the shoulders more and achieving straight line. Here is a video showing my line thus far. Any advice would be greatly helpful, Thank you!!!
Jesus Rojas
Try to squeeze the glutes in order to get that PPT and also try to put your head in a neutral position, I mean looking to the front instead of looking to the floor and see if your line improve. And also a video of your stomach to wall HS with your wrist pretty much touching the wall could be very helpful in order to diagnose any deficiencies. Keep up the good work
