AzureWarrior Posted September 7, 2014 Share Posted September 7, 2014 When I hang for some time on the bar (simply holding the bar in a dead hang position) after I let go my fingers appear to be "stuck" in a bent position which they've been in when grabbing the bar.This doesn't bother at all since I can move them out of that position and thus "release" the jam, that being said I was just curious as to why/how it happens and would love to hear what you say. thanks!
