Keilani Gutierrez Posted September 4, 2014 Share Posted September 4, 2014 the combination of rolling, the HBP and RC (both, exercises and iM's from F series), H1(especially the wrist and shoulder work) and warming up with a band routine have all but eliminated the impingement i had before. (anterior glenohumeral dislocation) the rest of the exercises, in their due time and with proper form, will solve the strength issues. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
