shoulder mobility tips and advice

I need advice on mobilty for shoulders iv been rotator cuff workouts at home which was reccomended to me by physiotherapist alot of stretching it has helped im thinking of buying a foam roll to get in my shoulder blade and help it even more

the combination of rolling, the HBP and RC (both, exercises and iM's from F series), H1(especially the wrist and shoulder work) and warming up with a band routine have all but eliminated the impingement i had before. (anterior glenohumeral dislocation)

 

the rest of the exercises, in their due time and with proper form, will solve the strength issues.
