Stretching vs. Limbering Up

I heard in the webinar Coach Sommer say that most people "haven't stretched a day in their lives," but rather have simply "limbered-up."

 

What's the difference?

 

What stretching routines are recommended until the Flexibility Series is released?

Limbering is taking muscles, joints, and fascia through your normal range of motion. Like moving around after sleep.

 

Stretching is pushing everything into a NEW range of motion. you'll likely be sore after stretching
