Henning Ulrichsen
Hello, I recently discovered this site while searching for some info regarding calisthenics training. I quickly realised that this was exactly what I was looking for, but I'm not sure if this would fit into my training regime. I consider myself a versatile dude, I enjoy everything from swimming, running, skiing, climbing and on top of this I currently study naturbased recreation & tourism. What im trying to say is, do you guys think i will have problems progressing with F1 and HS1? Can it be to much with 3-4 other training sessions (running etc) per week? Also, my line of study requires me to go on trips in the mountains, glaciers etc 3-4 days, 1 week here and there. Will this also be a problem?I understand that this is highly individual, but I would appreciate any advice.Regards!Ps. Sorry for some poor english. GoldenEagle
Foundation one and Handstand one can be worked in conjunction with other workout routines. The course has been developed so that you can train as little as twice a week and up to as much as five times a week.
