Horizontal Iron Cross?

I was wondering if there was such a thing as a "Horizontal" Iron Cross, one where you would be in the same exact position as the iron cross but instead if being straight and vertical, you would be horizontal and facing the ground.

 

Or is the maltese the closest thing to this?

The maltese is often referred to as a horizontal cross with the body facing down. There's also the victorian which is basically an inverted maltese where the body is facing up instead.

 

Maltese with arms at a 90 degree angle is impossible without counterweight.
