El Plunkito
i've put together a draft routine that practices some movements more than once a week:Day 1# Diamond Push-ups, Tucked Back-Lever, L-sits, SprintsDay 2# Pistol squats, pull-ups, tricep extensions, Hand BalancingDay 3# HSPUs, Tricep Extensions, L-sits, SprintsOne of my intentions here is to bring my triceps up to the level that my biceps have run away to. Klemen Bobnar
Hmm, if you can do HSPU and you do pullups for pulling, your triceps/biceps ratio should be pretty OK, if not in favor of triceps.
